1. Go to Safaricom →M-PESA →Pay Bill option
2. You will be asked to enter the Business Number that you intend to pay into. Enter Business Number as 333200 (333200 is AAR’s Pay Bill Account with M-PESA)
3. You will be asked to enter your Account Number. Enter your AAR Account Number (not membership number) e.g. 18905, i.e. as indicated on AAR Administration system (CCA), also shown on your renewal advice as Account Number
4. Enter Amount you are paying e.g. 7,500 (all currencies are in Ksh. Maximum amount payable per transaction is Ksh 35,000)
5. Enter your M-PESA PIN
6. Confirm details of payment as presented on the phone screen and send the money
7. Verify that you have received an e-receipt from M-PESA, e.g. “X-DR859 Confirmed. Ksh 7,500 sent to AAR HEALTH SERVICES for account 18905 on 5/8/08 at 10:20 AM New M-PESA balance is Ksh 5,550.” (M-PESA charges apply).

Communication will be sent to you from AAR on how to collect your receipt of payment once the payment is received and processed.

1. Insert your debit/credit card into the ATM
2. Choose language (English or Kiswahili)
3. Enter your PIN
4. Choose Purchase/Payment option
5. Choose Make a Payment option
6. Choose Donate/Pay a Bill option
7. Enter the Beneficiary Code 5007 for AAR
8. Enter the AAR account number
9. Confirm the account number
10. Enter the phone number you wish to link to the payment
11. Confirm the telephone number
12. Enter the amount you wish to pay
13. Confirm that the details are correct and accept
14. Pick your transaction receipt and retrieve your ATM card
