AAR Rescue Services is the emergency arm of the AAR group of companies. The products include:

1. ER -Travel-This is a travel Insurance Cover designed to cater for one's insurance needs while on a trip. The Policy includes

• Expenses incurred as a result of a medical injury

• Sudden illness

• Emergency assistance services

• Trip cancellation

• Loss of luggage

• Personal liability insurance.

2. ER- School Cover- This Cover provides schools (staff and pupils) with first class Medical Emergency Services The services include:

• Trauma Counseling

• Accidental treatment

• Health Rescue Insurance when on official trips

• Accident Hospitalization

• Within the school compound service.

3. ER Safari- This cover allows a tour operator, individual or company to plan tourist itineraries in the knowledge that in case of a medical emergency the tourist is covered for rescue and evacuation across East Africa. The policy includes:

• Rescue and evacuation by road and air ambulance anywhere within East African

• Unlimited rescue services within cover validity period

• Tourist unlimited access to AAR'S wide network of health facilities across East Africa.

4. ER HOTEL- This Cover caters for medical emergencies at hotels. The cover benefits include:

• Emergency rescue to the Hotel in case of a medical emergency

• Stabilization on site by emergency medical personnel including doctors, ICU nurses, paramedics

• Emergency medical technicians trained in Pre hospital care.

• Transfer to Hospital of choice

5. ER BUSINESS - AAR recognizes that 70% of fatalities attributed to accidents or serious medical emergencies can be prevented if immediate professional medical attention is provided. In response to this we have developed the ER Business package. The benefits include

• Unlimited Road Ambulance rescue within Kenya on a 24 hour basis

• Basic in and outpatient cover Ksh 100,000 per person per year for accident related emergencies.

• Stabilization and/or treatment on site

• Transfer to hospital where necessary.

• Advance notification and diagnosis report to receiving medical facility for speedy casualty admission

• In – hospital visitation by AAR Care Assessors
