Jagi Gakunju
Chief Executive Officer, AAR Holdings
Jagi joined AAR in 1992 as Sales and Marketing Manager and moved through the ranks to his current position. He was responsible for restructuring and realigning the company between 2004 and 2006, and for bringing in PVI as key investors.He is particularly focused on expansion into other regions in Africa.He holds a Masters degree in healthcare administration from Minnesota University. A lawyer by profession, he obtained his LLB at Nairobi University and is a keen environmentalist. He is the chairman and founder member of Uvumbuzi Club and was honoured with a UN Recognition Award on Solid Waste Management through his association with the club. Jagi is a Director of the Africa Fund for Endangered Wildlife (AFEW Kenya), a Council Member of Wildlife Clubs of Kenya and a former Director of Friends of Nairobi National Park (FONNAP).

Dr. Edward Rukwaro
General Manager, AAR Healthcare
Dr Rukwaro is a medical doctor by profession with a special interest and training in the fields of healthcare financing, risk management and corporate strategy. Having worked in both managed healthcare and insurance environments, he has extensive knowledge and experience in management of medical schemes and clinical service delivery mechanisms.He has attended various local and international seminars and courses in the above related fields. He is currently finalising his Masters in Business Administration degree (MBA) and professional qualifications in Life Insurance (LOMA-USA).

Mark Achola
Managing Director , AAR Health Services Uganda Ltd.
Mark is an experienced business leader with the cultivated and proven ability to build effective, driven and successful teams, as well as establish profitable cross-industry business partnerships. Since his appointment in October 2008 to head the Uganda operation, Mark has streamlined the AAR Uganda operation by leveraging AAR's resources in Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda, while working in tandem with AAR’s external business partners in the region. He has been with AAR for over 15 years, during which time he has built transformational teams, conceptualised and implemented successful strategies and yielded impressive revenues.
A member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management UK and a Board Member of the AIESEC Daystar University Board of Advisors, Mark is a focussed, experienced and innovative manager with admirable sales, customer service and business administration expertise.

Mr Kain Mbaya
General Manager of AAR Insurance (T) Limited.
Mr Kain Mbaya is the General Manager of AAR Insurance (T) Limited.This is a subsidiary of the AAR Group of companies and the insurance arm of the business in Tanzania. He is an insurance practitioner by profession specialising in the fields of Life and Health Insurance and Pensions. He has also received training in Health Insurance Financing, Risk Management and Marketing. With more than 20 years in an insurance environment in Southern and East Africa regions, Kain has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of Life and Health insurance including product development and distribution. Kain holds a Masters in Business Administration degree (MBA) in Marketing and a professional qualification in Life Insurance (MIAC of Southern Africa).

Frank Tindyebwa
Regional General Manager of AAR Rescue Services Ltd, a subsidiary of AAR Holdings Ltd.

Frank has experience in management, marketing, and business realignment gained in a period spanning over 10 (Ten) years at management level in marketing and administration.

Frank has worked with AAR in various capacities and countries. He was instrumental in the growth of AAR Health Services in Uganda where he served as Head of Marketing from 2002 to 2008 when he was transferred as General Manager to Rwanda and Burundi.

Frank oversees the Rwanda / Burundi operation in addition to being charged with the restructuring of the AAR Rescue Services operation effective June 1, 2011. He brings with him a wealth of experience in management and marketing to AAR Rescue Services Ltd.
