Gold Card Plan

This cover include

• Accident hospitalization – Ushs. 366,000,000
• Illness hospitalization – combined with Accident hospitalization
• Rescue & Evacuation (included in accident & Illness limits)
• Accompanying Parent/Guardian if the member is below 18 years
• Personal accident cover – Principal Member Ushs. 20M Per child / Dependants Ushs. 2M
• Hospital cash – optional and depends on the premium one paid
• Members are entitled to to a Private Ward/room in any hospital in Uganda.( excluding Private rooms in International Hospital Kampala and V.I.P rooms in Kololo Hospital)
• Worldwide (North America limited to 50% of each benefit limit) emergency services during the first 45 days of absence from Eastern Africa in any membership year.

Silver International Card

This cover include

• Accident hospitalization – Ushs. 137,250,000
• Illness hospitalization – Ushs. 45,750,000
• Rescue & Evacuation (included in accident & Illness limits)
• Accompanying Parent/Guardian if the member is below 18 years
• Hospital cash – optional and depends on the premium one paid
• Members are entitled to to a Private Ward/room in any hospital in Uganda.( excluding Private rooms in International Hospital Kampala and V.I.P rooms in Kololo Hospital)
  
  Supplementary benefits include:
• HIV/AIDS. Hospitalization arising out of HIV/AIDS related complications limited to UGX. 2,745,000
• Chronic care Management. Members are entitled to both inpatient & outpatient within limit of hospitalisation of the enhanced corporate package i.e Ushs. 9,150,000

• Emergency rescue and evacuation within Uganda.
• Members are entitled to to a Private Ward/room in any hospital in Uganda.( excluding Private rooms in International Hospital Kampala and V.I.P rooms in Kololo Hospital)
